Rose (small)

At once wheels of life and roses of light, roses embody the natural principles of growth determined by Number : the Number 8 and its multiples, image of the infinite and of eternity generally govern the expansion of the northern rose window ; Number 4 and its compounds, multiples by 3, in the southern rose window representing the insemination of of matter by the spirit and the harmonious balance of creation.
